Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the conference prices.

Under the provisions of Regulation no 288/1995, foreign enterprises, which are neither residents of Iceland nor have a permanent establishment here, may obtain reimbursement of Value Added Tax paid on goods and taxable services which have been purchased or imported for the commercial purposes of such enterprises in Iceland. Cancellation policy and rules

Cancellations needs to be sent in writing to events@lsretail.com and need to be confirmed by LS Retail.
Cancellations received before 10th March 2020 will be refunded 100% of pre-paid conference registration fees.
No refund of conference registration fees will be available for cancellations from 11th March 2020.
No refunds will be made for No Shows.
