conneXion Iceland has been cancelled
In light of the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the four-week ban on mass gatherings instituted by the Icelandic government from March 15th 2020, we are unfortunately forced to cancel our event conneXion Iceland 2020.
Although this was a tough decision to make, the well-being of our attendees and employees is our number one priority.

Why did LS Retail make this decision?
The health and safety of our customers, partners, and employees are the top priority for LS Retail. With COVID-19 having been classified as a “pandemic” by the WHO, and with the government of Iceland instituting a ban on gatherings of more than 100 people, we are unfortunately forced to cancel conneXion Iceland 2020.
How do I get a refund?
We are in the process of issuing refunds of the Conference Pass and Spouse Registration fees. Please note it may take a few business days for the refund to be visible in your account. We are also working on refunding the Expo and Promo Package fees as well as the Speaking Slot fees to our exhibiting partners.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds may take some time to be processed, we ask you to please be patient. If you haven’t received your refund by April 1st, please contact us.
I paid by credit card; can I receive my registration fee refund to a different form of payment?
No, all refunds will be refunded to the original payment method.
Will you have an online conference instead?
No, we will not have an online conference. We will however find ways to deliver to you all important information about our products and solutions.
I have purchased a plane ticket. How can I get a refund?
Please contact your travel agency/carrier for information about your right to a refund.
I booked a hotel through the event website. Will I be refunded?
Please contact the hotel/booking service where you are booked for more information about possible hotel refunds.
I was planning to meet LS Retail staff at conneXion. How I can I book meetings with specific staff members?
